Soul Work has become the culmination of all my passions and skills woven into one offering.. to  be an ally and mentor for creative, multi-passionate women like me, who are currently undergoing transitions within their life and business.

Creative Depth Coaching is a Jungian inspired approach that invites you to explore the inner landscape of your psyche, working with the dynamic and complex energies that translate into your day-to-day life. Depth coaching reflects and illuminates the healing journey, providing a safe structure to discern and engage your journey, with the benefit of a co-creative relationship.
As a certified depth coach, I create programs and offerings that guide you through a process that will support you in deep healing and building a dynamic relationship with entire spectrum of your whole self.
How Can The Soul Work Process Serve You?

While we may have awareness of the sources of our own pain, that alone does not make navigating it any easier. We can still become triggered and return to vulnerable places, feeling stuck in a cycle that is no longer serving us. This experience is often necessary to gather the essential information needed to deepen healing and expand into the newly unfolding direction of our life. There are thresholds in life when healing and personal growth can be applied in more tangible ways, acting as the source and seed of our transformation. The process of Soul Work utilizes the language of symbol, sound, archetype and myth to help us to restore wholeness at the transitional points of your life.

Utilizing a variety of creative tools and techniques inspired by a fusion of Depth Coaching practices and sacred geometry matrixes seen throughout the natural realm, we will use the creative process to tune into, visualize, map, and reorient the rhythms, pattern-structures, and living languages that are aligned with new directions of growth, weaving the intuitive wisdom we receive upon the loom of our own life’s sacred spiral. The experiences and art your will take away from this process will provide valuable reflections and foundational structures for deeper alignment and personal growth.

In this way, we are able to create a healthy foundation for new and more aligned ways of being to blossom.
