What is Soul Work?
Soul work a process of unearthing the full spectrum of our creativity and reclaiming our innate wholeness.
We focus on exploring the feminine nature of creativity, and understanding the relationship between the artistic process, the sacred cycles of the moon and how they effect the us in the maiden, mother, and crone stages.
Art and other expressive processes are one of the main components of Soul Work.
Providing us with a clearer understanding of self by aiding us in seeing the shadow stories, limiting beliefs, cultural narratives and protective mechanisms that are no longer serving us on a soul level.
What Can I Expect?
While the journey of Soul Work is going to be unique for each individual, it is unified through the focus we place on the journey, rather than an end goal or product.
In this way, we learn to lean into our present moment challenges in order to receive profound integration and healing.
A Rite of Passage
When we claim our rite as sacred gardeners of our body, mind, and spirit, we learn to listen, observe, and respond on a deeper level, which naturally activates our creativity and intuition.
